Hosted by Expert brand Ambassador Neil Flannery at only $65 per ticket with part of the tickets sales going to the Sydney St. Patricks Day Organisation.

Kicking off at 6:30pm you will be welcomed with a Black Barrel Old Fashioned Cocktail on arrival followed by matched 3 course dinner featuring whiskeys from the Midleton Distillery, Country Cork.

Entrée - Jameson Coopers Croze

Created by Head Cooper, Ger Buckley. The Coopers Croze show cases the diversity of barrels at the Midleton distillery and the profound influence that wood yields.

Matched with Black & White Pudding in puff pastry

 

Main - Jameson Black Barrel

Jameson Black Barrel is a tribute to the coopers method of charring barrels. A triple distilled blend of 'small batch' grain and traditional Irish pot still Whiskeys.

Matched with Smoked Raheny Ham, honey & cloved glazed, baby carrots, boxty potato & Whiskey jus

 

Dessert - Jameson Caskmates

Jameson Caskmates emerged from a conversation between the head distiller and the head brewer of Corks Franciscan Well Brewery resulting in the Jameson Caskmates being finished in stout-season Whiskey casks.

Matched with Whiskey Trifle, Whiskey soaked sponge, mixed fruit, custard, clotted cream
